Venue Spotlight: Hôtel Swexan Made Wine the Star in Dallas

Up in Dallas's Harwood District, Hôtel Swexan pulled off what most hotels only talk about: it made wine the headliner. Since opening in 2023 the property has grown its beverage business every single year, reaching $6.5M in 2025 — and wine has held a remarkable 34–35% of everything it pours, brushing 40% some months. That's not a bar with a wine list; that's a wine-driven house.

They close strong, too: Q4 2025 was their best quarter ever (just under $2M), December was the biggest month in hotel history, and Q1 2026 came in nearly 10% ahead of last year — three straight Decembers as the year's peak, the mark of a real seasonal destination.
